The LA-based group has released its fifth album, and it's quite compelling. Pop Matters likens it to a vision quest, which is an apt description of this introspective record from a group that melds country, folk, rock, and pop, with some tracks veering into a dreamy psychedelia. The Cosmic Selector Volume 1 will be on IM's heavy rotation for a while.
